Party Favors Place Inc. ships your items via USPS with tracking with tracking number.
We are no responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected or damaged items caused by improper handling by the US Postal Service. We make every effort to replace or help repair any damage incurred free of charge upon receiving the returned item. (Return shipping paid by the customer). It MUST be within 24 hours of the package is confirmed as delivered by the postal office. NO EXCEPTION.
We securely pack each item in their own boxes and secure its safe arrival.
Due to the nature of our business that everything is handmade ans customized, there will be no refund. Refunds will not be given if orders do not arrive due to delays by the post office or custom.
If your package has been marked as delivered and you never received it, it is then considered an issue with your local USPS. I will not replace or refund any items that does not have a legal report that it has been stolen.
If you have concern with your order or you are not satisfied, please contact us. It MUST be within 24 hours of the package is confirmed as delivered by the postal office. NO EXCEPTION.
